The first meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 collaborative partnership project called Green ASC VET, or Green Vocational Education for Autistic People, is being held in Slavonski Brod on November 14 and 15, 2023.
Partners from Denmark, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Hungary and Croatia will agree on the actions they will take in order to provide for vocational education for autistic people using top digital environments. At the same time, programs for teachers and sensitization of employers to accept and employ autistic people as hardworking and valuable workers will be developed. During the three years of the project, the campaign called “Involve me, I can do it” will intensively be implemented.
The first day yielded extremely interesting presentations and discussions on two work packages –
WP2: Competences of Green ASC VET teachers (leader of this package is FPDA from Portugal) and
WP3: XR for vocational guidance of autistic people (leader of this package is Virsabi from Denmark).
