Majority of the association members have long-year work experience in educational institutions: secondary vocational schools, adult education institutions and universities
Most members have experience in participation and coordination of European projects in the field of vocational and adult education, such as Parntership projects for innovations in vocational education – Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus + and mobility projects.

The team, the majority of which are members of the association, implemented the application of new technologies in welder training. Virtual training systems have become an indispensable element of welder training on the international scene. The same team was the first in the World to carry out the correction of welding technique with experienced welders using a simulator in 2011.
The association members actively participated in the creation of a system for lifelong education of welders, European welder curricula, new methodologies in training of trainers. They coordinated or still coordinate projects involving partners from: Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Romania, Hungary, Greece and Croatia.
Erasmus + KA2 Partnership project WeldChance, managed by the members of the association, received a rating of 100/100 for project implementation, which is the highest rating score received by any project of this type in Croatia so far.
