Another WELDONE meeting, another achievement for the project! Partners gathered not only to discuss the main purposes of the assessment tools to be developed under the IO4 (WELDONE Assessment Methods) project in the coming months, to be included in the trainer training curriculum, but also to review the exercise and best practices developed by IO3 partners (How to get to WELDONE). These materials will be crucial for the implementation of coach training, intended for teachers and trainers from the EWF qualification system and STEM area.
At the end of the meeting, the partners participated in brainstorming to discuss the structure and content of the Pedagogical Guidelines for the EWF Training System (IO5), a policy recommendation document aimed at providing information to EWF members on the added value of WELDONE’s innovative approach to the EWF. and, which will lead to possible great achievements for teachers \/ trainers, trainees and, ultimately, for companies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
